Over 300 students in 24 teams participated in the district-wide First Lego League Challenge on December 7th, 2024. The dedication, creativity, and problem-solving skills demonstrated by all groups were remarkable and deserve our highest praise.
We share with great pride that Public School #17 has triumphantly won the Champions Cup, demonstrating exceptional skill and teamwork. Together with Academy 1, Middle School 7, Public School 6, 16, and 20, they qualified to participate in the New Jersey State Finals next weekend.
This remarkable achievement is a testament to our educators and students' dedication, creativity, and spirit of innovation. We eagerly look forward to their continued success as they represent our district. Best of luck to all our teams!
